Cargo Tally & Stock Monitoring
Piece counts and stock positions verified at loading, discharge and while in store.
- Standing or ad hoc attendance
- Reporting at agreed intervals
- Scope set per consignment or per period
Your partner in cargo tally, stock monitoring and quantity survey. We count, record and report cargo for mills, trading houses and financiers in Malaysia — so that settlement and stock positions rest on numbers someone independent stood there and verified.
Each engagement runs on its own signed agreement, its own fee basis and its own scope. Nothing carries over automatically from one mandate to the next.
Piece counts and stock positions verified at loading, discharge and while in store.
Weighbridge-based survey of inbound and outbound loads, reported independently to the parties.
Taken on selectively. We accept full collateral management mandates case by case, for selected borrowers only, under a tripartite agreement between financier, owner and PHSB.
Scope varies with the cargo, the site and the parties involved. The shape of an engagement does not.
Scope, site and fee basis are settled in writing before anyone attends.
We attend site and carry out the mandate to the standard the parties have agreed.
Reports go to the parties named in the mandate, and the underlying records are retained.
Cargo classes our founder has worked with personally across twenty-five years, much of it in earlier roles with international warehousing groups, under LME-approved, bonded, in-plant and offshore conditions.
Steel billets, steel scrap, iron ore pellets, work rolls, electrodes, and mill semi-finished and finished product.
LME metals — aluminium, copper, zinc, lead, nickel — as ingots and billets in approved and bonded warehouses.
Raw rubber cup lump, standard and synthetic rubber bales, cotton bales, and frozen chicken in cold store.
Crude oil in offshore floating storage units, oil bunkering operations, and palm oil mill effluent for sludge oil recycling.
Mining ores and concentrates, and industrial consumables moving into plant.
Mixed metal scrap and dismantling, e-waste for recycling, and smelter feed.
Close enough to attend at short notice, which is what a tally mandate actually requires.
Bonded and free-zone cargo, vessel and container tally, LME-approved warehousing since its set-up here.
Stockpiles, billet yards and weighbridges inside operating steel mills, including Klang and Petaling Jaya sites.
Current appointments are held with the counterparties below, described by type rather than by name. References can be provided on request, with the client's consent.
Founder and Director
Twenty-five years in collateral management, warehousing and commodity logistics, beginning as a bank-appointed collateral manager stationed inside Malaysian steel mills and running through senior roles with international warehousing and logistics groups across Asia.
Across that period the work has covered more than a dozen commodity classes — ferrous and non-ferrous metals, rubber, cotton, frozen goods, crude oil in floating storage, palm oil effluent, mining ores and e-waste — for mills, smelters, international and regional banks, trade finance funds and listed trading houses. Several of those CMA classes did not exist as a product until they were built from scratch.
Prosperous Harmony was set up to do that work independently, at the scale where the person signing the receipt is the person who was standing at the stockpile. Bilingual in English and Chinese.
Our receipts, tally sheets and stock reports are written for the parties that rely on them:
Every engagement starts with the scope, the site and the fee basis in writing. Send the outline and we will come back with a quotation.
We will come back with a written quotation and the documents the engagement would run on.
